Spirit Check Elite All-Stars
Mini Cheer Team:
7 years old or younger, there are no requirements necessary. This is a beginner
level team where they will learn basic motions, jumps and dance. This team will
practice 2 days a week for a total of 2 hours. $65.00/month

Youth Cheer Team:
11 Years old or younger, there are no requirements necessary. This team will
focus on the fundamentals of cheerleading. Basic tumbling skills will be taught.
They will practice 2 days a week for 3 1/2 hours. $100.00/month

Junior Cheer Team:
14 years old or younger, Tumbling skills are required for this level. This team will

18 years old or younger, Tumbling skills are required. This team utilizes all
elements of cheerleading learned at all levels. This team will practice 3 times a
week for a total of 6 hours. $135.00/month

Open Cheer Team:
18 years and older, Superior tumbling skills required. This is a highly competitive
team and they will compete at all levels in the most elite levels of cheer, dance,
stunts and tumbling. This team will practice 1 day a week. $25.00/month

18 years old or younger, previous Hip-Hop experience is necessary. This team will

This team is comprised of the parents and/or guardians of our students. There are
no skills required other than displaying our "Team Spirit." This team will practice

All of our teams will compete in local, national and regional competitions within
driving distance of New England as well as along the East Coast.
